Yo me peleé con ese problema durante semanas. Puse un ticket en QNAP y me dieron estas instrucciones:
1. Remove Linux Station
2. Remove Container Station
3. Remove Virtualisation Station (if installed)
4. Use putty tool connect to the NAS via SSH, then follow the command as below to reset network & virtual switch setting to default
# /mnt/ext/opt/netmgr/netmgr.sh reset_all_settings_to_default
# /etc/init.d/network.sh reset_network_config_to_default
# /etc/init.d/network.sh clean-restart
5. Reboot the NAS by manual, then use Qfinder utility to connect to the NAS to reset NAS network & virtual switch setting.
No llegué a probar, por pereza, porque me siento inseguro en SSH y porque también me advirtieron de que en 4.3 la cuestión se solucionaría sola. Yo tengo todavía la 4.2 porque algunas aplicaciones no funcionan bien todavía en la beta de 4.3.
