No tenia ni idea del  mundo del Nas y tras leer y leer me gustó y vi que podia conseguir con ello cosas que se adaptaban a lo que necesitaba  ..... al final me tiré a la piscina y ya hcae varios meses que lo tengo y que me ha costado  poner en marcha, mas que nada porque de temas informaticos cortito ... pero bueno me gusta, pues voy superando aquellos problemas que van surgiendo.

Hola a todos. Como podréis comprobar soy nuevo aquí y este es mi primer mensaje, aunque estoy seguro que no será el último. Tengo un BUFFALONAS que tiene ya unos cuantos años y empieza a darme problemas. He estando indagando por internet, en vuestro foro y en muchos sitios más y al final me he decidico a comprar un QNAP. El uso que le doy es muy básico almacenar películas, fotos, música, documentos...poder acceder a ellos desde mi oficina, para consultar y modificar por ej. un documento de excel (espero que esto último se pueda hacer pues con el BUFFALO no tenía la posibilidad de modificarlos en red, tenía que descargarlos, editarlos y volver a subirlos) e instalar el PLEX para tema multimedia (con el BUFFALO no podía instalarlo).En cuanto al sistema de los discos duros, no tenía configurado ningún RAID, pues no lo utilizo continuamente, por lo que utilizaré el mismo sistema que hasa ahora copias de seguridad de 1 a 2 veces por semana de un disco a otro, a no ser que me aconsejéis montar un RAID pero insisto no creo que sea necesario. En cuanto a los discos, tengo pensado comprar dos de al menos 10TB cada uno y esto es muy importante. He visto unos Seagate IronWolf pro de 14TB que están muy bien de precio, aunque vienen de China (el vendedor tiene más de 5.000 reseñas con más de un 98% de votos positivos, aunque me imagino que como son tantos tampoco es muy difícil tener tantas reseñas   ) y si me vende gato por liebre, pues me tendré que aguantar. Mi principal preocupación es que el disco modelo ST14000NE0008 no está en la lista de discos compatibles. Eso significa que no me va a funcionar?

Hola desde hace unos días no puedo acceder a la qnap (TS209 Pro II Version 3.3.3.1003T) vía web, es como si el sistema operativo de la qnap no arrancara el servidor web.  La he hecho un reseteo corto y otro largo, pero no hay manera.  QFinder la detecta, responde al ping, pero sin embargo los puertos 8080 y 22 están cerrados según me dice tcping.
Alguien ha tenido un problema similar?
He desactivado el firewall y he probado varios navegadores Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge sin éxito.
Es como si el servicio web, apache?, se hubiera corrompido ....

Hola soy nuevo, hace poco compre el TS-264 de 8gb, primero compre un disco duro e hice la configuración, hoy compre otro disco y lo puse en la bahia 2, pero no veo como hago para crear un RAID, ya tengo un volumen creado con el disco 1, pero no se que hacer para confirgurar el disco 2 en un RAID, ya sea 0 o 1, debo formaterar y configurar desde 0? gracias

Se nos ha apagado el equipo un TVS 471U-RP con 2 discos de 4TB ,2 SSD de 1TB y dos m2,msatra de 240gb  ,hemos intentado ponerlo en marcha y al parecer esta la placa base en mal estado y no arranca .
Hemos decidido adquirir otro equipo nuevo que nos dispone de las memorias msata  y nos gustaría realizar una copia de los discos antes de introducirlos en en el nuevo nas ,nos gustaría saber como realizar este paso antes.
