perdon por preguntar aqui, pero no sabia donde hacerlo. Tengo un disco externo thunderbolt 3 (G-raid 12 terabites, es de western digital) y queria usarlo para hacer las copias de seguridad del nas (tvs463). Puede existir alguna forma de integrarlo en la land, mediante adaptadores o ...lo que sea?

Trabajo en una empresa en la cual, tenemos un NAS Qnap modelo TS-431 P2.
Estamos monitorizando con Centreon el NAS, y lleva unos días saltando esta alerta:

Buenas noches , soy nuevo por aqui, pero recurro a vosotros porque tengo un problema.

E instalado un NAS Qnap en una red donde de 10 pc ahi 4 que estan administrados por un Active Directory Win Server 2008, y 6 de ellos se han ido incorporando a la red pero no acceden a este servidor, el tema es que e montado en Qnap en la red le e creador 10 usuarios del NAS con sus permisos de carpetas compartidas y aleatoriamente dejan de tener acceso a dichas carpetas compartidas, le hago un ping al NAS y me responde , pero no puedo acceder a las carpetas compartidas.

-puede ser que AC me este bloqueando el acceso ??
-deberia de conectar el NAS por IP?

Buenas, deseo crear una carpeta compartida con subcarpetas compartidas para distintos usuarios. El objeto de que cuelgue de una carpeta raiz es por comodidad en la copia de seguridad. En ningún nas qnap he tenido problema hasta hoy que con un ts-h886, con 4hdd en raid 5, resulta que en las carpetas compartidas, no me da la opción de cambiar la ruta en la raiz, con lo que al crear la carpeta, no le puedo marcar la ruta, alguien ha tenido el mismo problema o sabe como solucionarlo?, gracias por anticipado.

Hola, desde que el TS-133 se me actualizó a la ultima versión (5.0.1) no hay forma de acceder externo por la dirección de My DDNS.

Esto lo utilizaba para conectarme por VPN (L2TP) externamente y llevo ya semanas haciendo pruebas (con el QFirewall desactivado) e incluso con el DMZ del router apuntando a la ip del router (temporalmente claro).

Tengo los puertos necesarios abiertos, qfirewall configurado y pongo la dirección xxxxx.myqnapcloud.com y no hace nada.

Lo tengo todo como estaba y antes de la actualización funcionaba correctamente. ¿a alguien mas le ha pasado lo mismo?

resulta que quiero conectar dos discos duros externos a qnap y no me reconoce nada mas que uno, al conectarlos mediante hub usb, hay alguna forma de hacerlo en un solo puerto. Gracias

hola, despues de cambiar discos y configurar de nuevo la nas por problemas de dos discos, me surge el problema de que si activo qufirewall al momento no puedo entrar en la nas desde chrome con ip:puerto, ni qfinder encuentra la nas, tengo que entrar a traves de mycloud y desde alli desactivarlo para poder entrar. Estuvo un par de dias bien cuando lo instale pero ahora tengo que tenerlo desactivo. Gracias

Acabo de iniciarme en el mundo Qnap. Tenía un ReadyNAS 104 de NetGear y me falló tan estrepitosamente que he perdido una buena parte de mis 2300 pelis en HD. Ahora he cambiado al TS-462 y estoy haciéndome al cambio tan terrorífico que supone. De momento he puesto los dos discos de 6TB que sobrevivieron al desastre NetGear y ya iré añadiendo los otros dos.
Voy a investigar sobre clientes torrent y otras cosas en este foro, que parece muy interesante y lleno de gente que parece que controla un montón.
